Exercise and Recreation
ADP is one active group! Each day, clients and employees play sports like basketball, soccer, bowling or softball, participate in Zumba, yoga or gymnastic classes, or follow along with an exercise video! In the summer, this energetic group heads to the ARD pool to swim.

ADP also presents workshops for clients that spotlight subjects like public safety, health and nutrition, and communication with peers and strangers.

Cooking Activities
Each month, clients split into smaller groups and plan a cooking activity from start to finish. These chefs-in-training choose a recipe together, budget for it's ingredients, visit the local market to purchase items, and prepare the meal with guidance from an employee. These clients learn about proper food safety, hand washing, and techniques for everyday cooking at home.

Theme Days
Who says you can't have a little fun while learning! On ADP's 'Theme Day', clients and employees come up with activities to explore science, food, fun facts and games all based around one theme. Themes from the past have included classic cars, super heroes, camping, snow, Willy Wonka, Harry Potter, and Star Wars.
